We're looking for a talented engineer with a strong background in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering. If you have +5 years of experience in a similar position and a passion for Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and IE fundamentals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new product introduction and transfer projects
  • Develop and improve manufacturing systems and assembly processes
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related engineering field
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and IE fundamentals
  • Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
