Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at CommScope. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production lines, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting delivery metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the activities of production collaborators responsible for manufacturing products.
  • Ensure compliance with delivery metrics and production requirements.
  • Develop and implement controls for scrap, consumables, absenteeism, efficiency, quality, and downtime.
  • Prepare and perform shift changes, providing feedback and status updates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and execute BOP audits.

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
