About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth for our company in the Latin America region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of brand growth strategies, identifying opportunity spaces and developing product and communication proposals.
  • Lead project management of new product development, ensuring readiness for launch dates across the Latin American region.
  • Brief and collaborate with communication agencies to develop regional communication strategies.
  • Adopt digital transformation and partner with subsidiaries across all LATAM countries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or innovation as a Brand Assistant.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Google Tools advanced management.
