About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful product launches. As a Process Engineer - Product Launch Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning and executing AS100 activities from TG0 to TG4, ensuring manufacturing processes meet specific product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Project CFT from TG0 to TG4
- Generate PFMEA and Process Flow Diagram
- Conduct Line Balancing and Production Line creation on PLM
- Assist with design revisions per AS130 and participate in AS403 revisions
- Review and approve manufacturing part numbers
- Validate production manufacturing lines MBO1 and MBO2
- Coordinate prototype runs, DV, PV, run at rate, and customer events
- Create and release initial documentation for value streams
- Evaluate line and equipment installations
- Fulfill Customer capacity demonstration sheets
- Transfer projects to Production Process Engineers during phase 4
We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in process engineering, preferably with experience in PFEMA. Your expertise should include industrial engineering knowledge, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
