HR Operations Specialist

An HR Shared Service Analyst at Reckitt is a key member of a process team within the function, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences to employees.

As part of this role, you will provide administrative and transactional HR services, including handling employee queries and offering first-line advice and guidance. You will also execute data transactions or system transactions where self-service or automation is not possible and escalate any queries to the process lead or relevant in-market CoE/Business HR resource.

Key Responsibilities

• Enroll employees in benefits and initiate payments
• Prepare HR reports, scorecards, dashboards, and analyses using MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or other data analytics/visualization tools
• Support HR cyclical processes, including year-end compensation, talent management, Employee Opinion Survey, affirmative action, and diversity reporting
• Maintain accurate reporting on HR activities and provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by HRBP
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer (employee) experience through analysis and implement changes in protocols internally and through vendors
• Lead internal and cross-functional initiatives related to process and quality improvement
• Rapidly research escalated cases to bring fast resolution
