About the Job

Buscojobs México is seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Manager to lead our production unit and ensure smooth operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring quality control, and driving continuous improvement.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven professional with 8+ years of experience in managing production activities. Your advanced English language skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a degree in engineering or a related field and be familiar with quality improvement tools, statistical techniques, and analysis.

The Role

As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a team of 3000+ employees, ensuring a safe working environment and protecting the environment through sustainable practices.
  • Developing and maintaining social relationships with local unions.
  • Protecting the quality image of our offers.
  • Engaging the team in continuous improvement.
  • Facilitating issue resolution and associated communication.
  • Reducing non-quality costs and guaranteeing expected service levels.
  • Developing solid planning processes and managing capacity in all processes.
  • Optimizing capital employed throughout the End-To-End Supply Chain.
  • Managing inventory with a focus on UnHS and SS parameter management.
  • Deploying VMI processes with suppliers.

  • A competitive salary of approximately $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An engineering bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing production activities.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
  • Statistical techniques and analysis.

Work Details

This full-time position offers a permanent contract with a day shift schedule. You will work on-site, with some travel requirements. A master's degree is preferred, but not required.
