Job Title: Manager, Salesforce Platform Architecture

Ingredion Incorporated (Corporate) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Salesforce Platform Architecture to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our Salesforce platform to drive commercial excellence and deliver a differentiated customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive adherence to standards relative to SFDC data models, ensuring consistent use, data interoperability, and analytics/reporting.
  • Support design and adoption of enterprise end-to-end business process standards, KPIs, and scorecards for the spectrum of the Global Platform clouds while accommodating regional needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations on emerging and suitable Salesforce and broader Salesforce ecosystem capabilities and tools that create value for GTM employees and customers.
  • Ensure Salesforce platform integrity by monitoring the health of our org and data within, including associated integrations.
  • Work with IT partners to implement optimized archiving policies and enable strict data security policies via Shield and other tools.
  • Coordinate review and release of upcoming Salesforce and third-party managed package changes with Global CRM Manager, CRM Regional leads, impacted Business Stakeholders, and IT Partners.
  • Support change management strategy and plans, including training and communications and corresponding KPIs/Dashboards, to drive adoption and usage of CRM processes and systems/tools to deliver business impact.
  • Support strategy to build CRM analytics to inform strategic decision making and identification of growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A passion for customers, demonstrated business acumen, and digital first mindset.
  • Sufficient Salesforce technical depth and understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models, and dependencies across clouds is required. Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Experience managing and or implementing Salesforce Clouds within the context of a deeper and broader Enterprise Architecture, and familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and or Commercial processes.
  • Understanding of the lead-to-cash processes, preferably within a B2B manufacturing environment.
  • Process and functional orientation, data management with analytical skills to identify opportunities and drive optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and influence various levels of the organization across functions and or a variety of cultures/geographies.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment and/or the manufacturing industry, preferably within the food, nutritional, specialty chemical industries or other relevant B2B environments.
  • Bachelors' degree in a relevant business and or technology focused discipline. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5yrs of Salesforce functional/architect experience in Commercial, Marketing, Multi-Channel Sales, CRM, Customer Experience Management and/or related fields.
  • Salesforce certification is highly desired (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
