About the Role

As a Claims Assistant at Charles Taylor, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative process of claims. You will be responsible for claim control and reporting support to the adjusting team, claim status and adjustment progress control, document control, and keeping an update on adjusting activities of each claimed assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and update on claim control systems at different clients and to the Manager
  • Constant monitoring on adjustment progress
  • Information control on claims
  • FNOL support - initial contact to client/agent/insured
  • Report assembly support to adjusters
  • Data bases build up

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree related on administration or equivalent experience
  • Skilled in Microsoft Package
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent level of English
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in control management
