About the Role

Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Country Aftersales Manager to oversee all aftersales operations within the motorcycle industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or motorcycle industry, with experience dealing with industrial/manufacturing companies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing aftersales operations to ensure seamless customer service;
  • Developing and implementing strategies for service quality improvement;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of aftersales professionals;
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards;

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of overall experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry;
  • Advanced English skills;
  • A proven track record of driving service excellence and customer satisfaction;

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary package that includes an estimated $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
