Collector Specialist


About the Position


This is a full-time, permanent role at Kr Consultoría. We are seeking a skilled Collector Specialist who can provide exceptional customer service while effectively managing a portfolio of accounts.


Responsibilities



  • Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances and negotiate payment plans.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and account activity.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Requirements



  • Bachillerato (High School Diploma) or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of related experience in collections, customer service, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Computer skills and ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Conveniently located at Corporativo Diamante.

Working Conditions


Monday to Friday from 12 to 9 pm and every other Saturday from 9am to 1pm. Work location is on-site at Corporativo Diamante (Av. Acueducto 6075, Puerta de Hierro, Zapopan, Jalisco).
