Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team at Marmon Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating work within and between departments to expedite production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work within and between departments to optimize production efficiency
  • Prepare and manage production schedules and work orders
  • Prioritize customer orders and revise production schedules as needed
  • Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and machines
  • Compile and analyze production reports on volume, materials, and other key metrics
  • Lead and direct the work of others, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in a production scheduling or operations management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
