Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Planner to join our team in Sahagun, HID, MX. As a Material Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless availability of goods for pivotal Alstom projects, contributing to the efficiency and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on deliveries to prevent shortages
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any supply issues
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
• Forecast future inventory needs based on project demands
• Continuously seek ways to optimize material planning processes

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in supply chain
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Completely bilingual, since you will be in contact with international suppliers and customers
