**Job Summary:**

Danfoss is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our ERP Service WM/EWM Support team. As a Senior Consultant, you will have expert knowledge and understanding of SAP functional and technical Warehouse Management capabilities, including industry best practices.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions and following targeted SLAs
  • Support Problems by taking tasks and coordinating with team members, following targeted SLAs
  • Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions
  • Share knowledge with other team members
  • SAP customization in cooperation with the Design team
  • Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and post-go-live support of existing platforms and modules
  • Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision
  • Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary
  • Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of support experience within Extend Warehouse Management
  • Service mindset with operation excellence
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Flexibility to deal with complex situations
  • Motivated and proactive, team player
  • Ability to assess and prioritize based on business impact and urgency
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a global environment
  • Good coordination skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365
  • General understanding of IT processes and concepts
  • General knowledge of ITIL processes
  • General knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA environment and understanding of the integration with other systems
  • Knowledge/expertise in configuration and supporting of EWM inbound/outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment, and scrapping
  • Advanced Warehouse Operations, including inventory management optimization, inbound/outbound process optimization, material flow control, transportation management, kitting, cross-docking, and warehouse billing
  • Fiori Apps and Analytics experience
  • Ability to review Warehouse Management processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S/4HANA and conduct fit-gap analysis
  • Working knowledge of the conversion of SAP legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA is a plus
