- Expertise in Data Sources and Analytics: Develop expertise in key internal and external data sources for SCM, identifying opportunities to leverage new data sources and features to improve existing or develop new analytic solutions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data/analytics to improve business operations and drive efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the Supply Chain domain.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, and expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
