We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lear Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in relation to reported quality complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary team to resolve quality problems using various methodologies, including 8Ds.
- Coordinate defect analysis and customer response meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards, providing actionable insights for process improvement.
- Actively participate in internal and external audit events, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Follow up on compliance with processes, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhering to quality standards.
Requirements
- Engineering degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in quality assurance or control.
- Mastery of English language skills.
- Experience in quality, customer service, transfers, and audits.
- Knowledge of Ford processes (desirable).
- Negotiation skills.
- Experience in audits.
- Availability to travel.
