Occupancy Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupancy Planner to join our team at JLL. As an Occupancy Planner, you will play a critical role in driving the development of occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves.

• Develop and implement occupancy plans that maximize the use of space and align with corporate guidelines.
• Facilitate and resolve planning issues identified in customer planning meetings.
• Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Notify clients of customer requested exceptions and assist in developing site-specific plans.
• Collect and analyze data from various business units to understand spatial requirements and mobility needs.
• Provide creative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent, constant, and fast communication with project participants.
• Analyze access cards, occupancy peaks, IP connections, and manage databases to inform real estate decision-making.

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, plus experience with interior office renovations.
• CAFM system experience highly desirable.
• Dynamic and technologically savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite.
