We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Finance Sr. Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving financial performance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your P&L knowledge to drive informed decisions.
- Provide insightful analysis of business results to senior management and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem-solving and business-improvement recommendations.
- Manage reporting and analysis processes, including periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and review deck preparation.
- Lead strategic plan and AOP development, including analysis and preparation of decks.
- Provide counsel to a broad range of senior leaders on forecasting and analysis.
- Perform period-close activities, working closely with the Controller's group to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectations (especially with zone teams).
- Develop and retain top-tier finance professionals through appropriate training, thought leadership, timely feedback, and mentoring.
- Work on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and regional performance.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects as needed.
