About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled R2R Specialist CAC to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a critical role in providing analytical support for financial reporting, compliance, and data accuracy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing period-end closing and reporting in accordance with Novartis standards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Novartis business, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Reviewing accounts for accuracy in SAP and FCRS reporting, and identifying variances and discrepancies
  • Ensuring proper accounting of financial transactions and maintaining adequate accounting records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Experience in SAP environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude
