Key Responsibilities- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for our telecommunications network products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Use CAD systems, such as PTC Creo, to create and modify technical documentation, including engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications and materials lists.
- Work closely with product engineers and technical leaders to ensure that designs meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction in the design phase.
- Participate in project groups to develop new telecommunications solutions.
- Collaborate with other organizations to establish timelines and solve design problems.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and engineering standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics.
- Good knowledge of CAD systems (2D and 3D).
- Technical drawing reading skills.
- Basic materials knowledge.
- Experience in design processes (school or work).
- Ability to communicate with internal and external clients on technical issues.
- Experience in engineering/technical work (welcome).
- GD&T knowledge and Tolerance analysis (welcome).
- Additional skills: teamwork, interpersonal skills, very good working time organization, self-reliance, good computer literacy.
- Communicative English (including technical).
