Talent Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Brand Designer to join our team at Zillow. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive visual brand strategy that showcases our company culture and values.
As a Visual Storyteller, you will develop and design a wide range of creative assets, including campaigns, digital and print collateral, to communicate our brand story and identity across various platforms and channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep understanding of our brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all creative assets
- Designing and producing high-quality visual content, including photography and videography, to bring our brand story to life
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our brand messaging and visual identity
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual storytelling and brand design
