We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant Invoicing Specialist to join our team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our Business Service Operations (BSO) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a strong, customer-oriented service culture within the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring all daily transactional tasks are completed on time.
- Process Invoices and Credit Notes: Issue and post credit notes and debit notes, process CTTs, and clear transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and Resolve Issues: Monitor VFX03/04 for stuck billing documents, resolve issues promptly, and maintain good relationships with senior partners and customers.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Market Finance Controllers to enhance claims processes, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and participate in projects that drive process simplification.
- Optimize Operations: Perform optimization initiatives within own functional areas, identify areas for improvement, and suggest continuous improvement ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Experience: Approximately 5+ years of demonstrated working experience in the Finance function, preferably with experience in international accounting.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, good influencing skills, good crisis management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Language: Fully bilingual.
