Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Senior Analyst to join our Central FP&A team. This role will be a key member of the team that oversees Support Function Costs for the Asco Power Technologies business unit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting, as well as excellent communication and partnership skills. They will be responsible for performing analysis of ASCO Support Function Cost results, generating reporting to highlight key variances, and communicating findings to Finance and department leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of ASCO Support Function Cost results and generate reporting to highlight key variances.
- Drive Rolling Forecast processes of Support Function Cost, prepare templates and consolidations, analyze forecast submissions, and track performance against budget.
- Partner with department leaders to ensure understanding of financial results, forecasts, and budgets.
- Lead investments, cost savings, and tactical actions tracking, and provide support within Investment cycles.
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure all Support Function Costs are recorded correctly and with Digital teams in automating and standardizing manual reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 3-5 years of related financial experience, preferably in FP&A.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with proven business acumen.
- Advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, SAP, SQL).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills including handling multiple demands and assignments and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
