Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Global Payments (Beamery). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding payment and account-related issues.
- Determine the root cause of issues and escalate to more experienced representatives as needed.
- Enter required data into client provided systems and databases.
- Begins to build base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- No Relevant Experience Required
- Familiarity with online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes.
