- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
- Mavenlink troubleshooting and support: Permissions and making sure accounts have the right settings/User management.
- Support the organization with questions about data and how Mavenlink works.
- Learn about new features, identify if they would provide value to the organization and implement them.
- Provide training on the new features and for new hires.
- Timesheet update/fix: Pipeline projects: Creation of pipeline projects.
- Identify risks and potential issues of the data associated with the pipeline projects.
- Update dates and status according to revenue team updates.
- Able to interact with different people and teams.
- Analytical skills - ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills in English - ability to write and speak clearly to easily communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
- Interest in data, even if they don't have much experience yet.
- General knowledge and/or Interest in how IT projects are managed.
- Independent, interest in learning.
