About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our New Product Development team at SC Johnson. As an Associate Manager, Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end support for new product development and commercialization projects within our overall company portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in new product development and commercialization, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Measure and publish team performance, project status, and metrics, identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Facilitate decision-making, arbitrate impasses, and remove barriers to drive project progress.
  • Ensure teams meet milestones, critical business, and customer dates, implementing processes and managing project timelines.
  • Manage and track projects through our PLM and PM tool systems, fostering simplification and agile methodologies.
  • Lead identification of opportunities for Continuous Improvement and reporting Portfolio Management execution and progress vs plan.
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with multiple levels and internal and external functions in the corporation.
Professional Profile
  • Required advanced English with verbal and written fluency.
  • BA or BS degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with clear understanding of supply chain knowledge.
  • Proven experience leading and managing project teams in a highly collaborative and dynamic business environment.
  • Experience in launching new products in-house or contract manufacturing.
  • Management of interpersonal relationships with multiple levels and internal and external functions in the corporation.
