Job Title: Data Engineer - Azure

As a Data Engineer - Azure, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform raw data into useful data systems. You will work closely with our team to align data systems with business goals and ensure data quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop batch and streaming data processing pipelines
  • Build data systems and pipelines to support business needs
  • Evaluate business needs and objectives to inform data strategy
  • Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
  • Combine raw information from different sources to create a unified view
  • Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
  • Identify opportunities for data acquisition and optimization
  • Monitor and optimize data storage and data processing
  • Design and implement data security measures
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Azure Data Factory
  • 5-7 years of experience in Databricks / Synapse
  • Experience in processing real-time data
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python programming, ETL and ELT Process
  • Advanced knowledge of data structures, MPP Databases, Blob Storage
  • 5-7 years of experience in AZURE storage (Blob, ADLS)
  • Previous experience as a data engineer or in a similar role
  • Data engineering certification (AZURE Certified Data Engineer) is a plus
