We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will be responsible for analyzing actual performance, providing insights, and challenging performance drivers to help our FP&A Manager build action plans and improve our understanding of regional markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in the finance month-close process, ensuring data integrity and supporting decision-making
  • Assist in preparing and consolidating regional performance review decks and reports
  • Act as a business partner to Finance Teams, analyzing and interpreting financial data and results to help build the storyline and monitor monthly risk and opportunities
  • Follow up on saving projects, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Work closely with the SCF Latam team to understand actuals vs forecast/budget and explain key variances and drivers of performance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably in the food or retail industry
  • Experience working in SAP environment is a plus
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Critical and proactive thinking
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
