Product Design and Innovation Lead

TopFoxx is a dynamic women's eyewear brand based in Brooklyn, NY. We're seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual to join our team as a Product Design and Innovation Lead.

In this role, you will collaborate with our Product Development, Marketing, PR, Wholesale, and Social Media teams to develop unique content and products that embody the bold, unique styles of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize bold, unique, and creative ideas for new products, including sunglasses, blue light, and prescription glasses, eyewear accessories, and jewelry.
  • Design concepts utilizing Adobe Suite programs, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Present finalized designs to the team, including colors, patterns, and finalized 2D images.
  • Work with the Product Development operations team to ensure production and samples of products run smoothly and match the concept and design.
  • Create new patterns, color schemes, and design components to enhance our products and keep the bold styles of our brand.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Edit photos from shoots, UGC, influencers, and other sources using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Work with the Creative Content team to determine the best photos for brand representation, engagement, and showcasing our products.
  • Create graphic designs, as needed, for our Social Media, Marketing, and Website Design.
  • Design product pages for new launches.
  • Assist with website layout designs.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Fast-paced mindset and ability to adapt to changing industry trends.
  • Creativity and ability to come up with new designs and concepts consistently.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage workload and schedule effectively.
  • Research and strategic thinking skills to stay up-to-date on market and industry trends.
