We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the spot and tactical buying process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and reporting of savings.

Main Responsibilities

* Perform quality checks, compliance checks, and contract checks for all purchase requisitions in scope according to PepsiCo policies and procedures.
* Execute the tactical buy process, including quotation, negotiation, tender summary, and savings calculation.
* Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to automate business processes.
* Process and approve purchase requisitions that have successfully passed quality checks and are not eligible for tactical buy.
* Update and process purchase requisitions in Ariba with the outcome of the tactical buy bidding process.
* Analyze spend managed and lead trainings and sessions for category users.
* Develop and support additional projects to increase myBUY adoption.
* Ensure country data quality by reviewing and validating reports, data, and savings for the corresponding country.
* Participate in periodical meetings with the myBUY extended team and category managers.
* Provide timely responses to requests from management, demand manager, etc.

Requirements

* Good IT procurement skills.
* Proficiency in PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers.
* Advanced English level.
* Bachelor's degree.
* 3+ years of experience in procurement and analytics.
