Job Description
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will act as the primary interface between customers and our company, managing specific programs to achieve planned revenue and profits. You will work closely with internal account team members to coordinate regular program tracking meetings, ensuring ongoing communication and up-to-date progress reporting. Your expertise will be utilized to manage current and planned programs, communicate frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction, and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced professional with the following qualifications:
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation, and problem resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups.
- Ability to lead and motivate employees to achieve high production levels within tight deadlines.
- Good presentation, database management, and computer skills.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also included.
