Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project schedules, track progress, and identify potential roadblocks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
