We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Analyst to join our ISG Service Parts Services NA team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for order management and fulfillment for all service parts orders received in the Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain reports to track order data, identify trends, and optimize fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve order delays and ensure timely delivery of service parts.
- Manage backlog and provide regular updates to customers on order status.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues affecting order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to reduce backlog and improve overall efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
