Key Responsibilities- MDG Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Master Data Governance solutions to support regional and global SAP Applications.
- Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure MDG functionalities to meet business needs.
- Improvement and Best Practices: Provide input on improvements and best practices for the different Master Data Domain (e.g., Materials Master, Finances Master, Business Partners Master).
- Project Management: Manage requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments related to MDG projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to leverage MDG capabilities to drive efficiency and cost savings in the SAP Applications.
- Service Level Objectives: Ensure that MDG support service level objectives and key performance indicators are achieved.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in SAP ERP modules and architecture, particularly in ECC and S/4HANA. You should have expert knowledge in SAP MDG module and experience in managing large-scale MDG implementations and warehouse operations.
- SAP ERP Modules and Architecture: Good overview knowledge of SAP ERP modules and architecture, particularly in ECC and S/4HANA.
- SAP MDG Module: Expert knowledge in SAP MDG module.
- Integration Points: Understanding of integration points between MDG and the rest of the SAP Applications and modules.
- Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in MDG application and configuration.
- Project Management: Experience in managing large-scale MDG implementations and warehouse operations.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with global teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information/data and make decisions effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, both conversational and effective communication.
We require 4-8 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules. Experience in collecting and optimizing abstract business requirements and translating them into MDG solutions is also essential. Additionally, experience with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and relevant certifications such as SAP MDG certifications, SAP latest solutions and technologies; AGILE; ITIL; PM, and other relevant certifications is highly desirable.
