**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Inventory Analyst to join our Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves Global Product Management team. As a strategic stocking specialist, you will play a key role in driving our regional Supply Chain Optimization (SIOP) process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendations for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min/Max Levels.
  • Analyze assigned facilities around the globe to optimize inventory levels.
  • Review outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels and make adjustments as needed.
  • Support the mapping of the install base to inform future demand forecasting functions.
  • Develop demand planning strategies based on regional install base data.
  • Organize monthly Regional SIOP Process meetings to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Run multiple scenarios to support the SIOP team in making informed inventory decisions.
  • Post-review of Capital Projects to plan for future demand based on wear parts in the package.
  • Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction efforts for assigned warehouses.
  • Collaborate with the PC&V Sales team to create business cases for advanced stocking opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly regional approved stocking plans to Global Product Management.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field of study.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
  • Experience writing formulas, functions, and code, and building relational data models.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with employees across the organization.
  • Proactive, self-driven work ethic and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Capacity to interpret instructions where standardization may be limited.
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop new skills.
  • Passion for collaboration, innovation, and taking on challenges in a dynamic environment.
