Job Description

We're seeking an Impact Marketing Specialist to join our team As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience
  • Creating engaging content across various channels, including social media, email, and our website
  • Collaborating with our team to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in our marketing workflows
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for marketing events, webinars, and conferences

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from creating social impact experiences to developing marketing materials that inspire action. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a social impact or nonprofit setting
  • A strong foundation in marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and content management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies quickly
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

We're offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
