Front Desk Operations Manager

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at The Westin Santa Fe Mexico City. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year
**Responsibilities**
- Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Manage all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in.
- Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations when the property cannot accommodate guests with reservations.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
