The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our efforts to stay ahead of evolving regulatory standards in financial regulatory compliance, licensing, and engagement with regulatory bodies.
Key Accountabilities- Regulatory Compliance Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for regulatory compliance across local and international jurisdictions.
- Product Development: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design user-friendly yet compliant financial products that minimize friction.
- Regulatory Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local financial regulators, participating in policy discussions, industry working groups, and lobbying efforts.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough regulatory risk assessments and recommend mitigating strategies to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and market conduct rules.
