About the Role
The Salesforce Developer will work closely with business partners to unlock the full potential of the CRM.
Responsibilities include designing and developing customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Create end-user training materials and monitor compliance with training processes.
Lead customer-driven solutions using technical expertise and strong working relationships with internal groups.
Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives, and the implications of new or revised processing analysis.
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
Develop, test, and document working custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
Requirements
We're looking for individuals who are:
Curious and authentic, with an analytical and critical thinking approach.
Passionate about client satisfaction and have hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Experienced in designing APIs and integrations, working within an Agile development team, and migrating data and customizations across Salesforce environments.
Strong attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
