About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our operations team. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure seamless execution of daily activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of experience in operations management
- 1+ year of experience in people management and performance evaluation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
