About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst Content Developer to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating and developing high-quality training content that meets the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive training curriculums from scratch for various business lines.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps and design tailored solutions.
  • Utilize authoring tools to design engaging traditional and online courses.
  • Collaborate with trainers, training supervisors, and training managers to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Audit and evaluate the effectiveness, relevance, and accuracy of existing training materials.
  • Manage our company's learning management systems (LMS).
  • Work closely with internal business leaders to implement new projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
  • Desired experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite 4 (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Between 1 to 3 years of experience in training or education-related fields.
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent task prioritization and time management skills.
  • Decisiveness, integrity, flexibility, creativity, and open-mindedness.
