We're proud to be named one of the top companies in the industry, and we're looking for a motivated and experienced HR Administrative to join our team based out of our Queretaro office.

About the Role

As an HR Administrative, you'll be responsible for managing shops and vendors activities related to HR, maintaining employee records, and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems and databases. You'll also assist in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts and coordinate maintenance services
• Maintain accurate employee records and data in HR systems
• Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Prepare HR-related reports and documents
• Support employee relations initiatives and events
• Handle inquiries from employees and external partners regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in organizing HR-related training sessions and workshops
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the HR department

Requirements

• Human Resources Degree or equivalent
• Proven work experience in a HR similar role +3 years' experience
• Experience managing facility needs, suppliers, and vendors
• Self-starter, highly organized, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
