We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Analyst to join our People Systems team at Trimble Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Workday systems to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain Workday systems, including compensation, absence, and time tracking modules.
- Develop and implement complex Workday calculated fields, eligibility, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide expert-level support for Workday-related issues and requests from global stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Workday updates and releases.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of Workday documentation and training materials.
- 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS systems and at least 3-4 years of technical Workday experience.
- Proven experience in configuring and maintaining Workday systems, including compensation, absence, and time tracking modules.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform against tight deadlines.
- Self-motivator balanced with a desire to achieve team goals.
