Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team at Capgemini. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for assessing the feasibility and need of performance testing for our projects, identifying and generating test data, developing and executing performance test scripts, analyzing performance test results, and providing issue recreation and/or testing support during performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the feasibility and need of performance testing for our projects
  • Identify and generate test data as per project NFRs
  • Develop and execute performance test scripts
  • Analyze performance test results to identify system bottlenecks
  • Provide issue recreation and/or testing support during performance tuning

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of release management software development lifecycle and enterprise change control processes
