Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in developing and maintaining the core systems and infrastructure that power our data science applications. As a key member of our data science team, you will work closely with engineers, data scientists, risk analysts, and product managers to build, maintain, and improve the ML platform where our models and other data science products run.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with global teams to deliver world-class data science products to international markets, including ML models, infrastructure, and tools.
- Own the life cycle of the infrastructure that powers our ML models, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Drive the enablement of our modeling team by building new tools or adopting new technologies that facilitate data extraction, feature generation, and model deployment.
- Work with a data-driven mindset, prioritizing data handling and safety.
- Mentor other engineers and data scientists on best practices in engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, data engineer, or a closely related position with a proven track record of writing production-level code and developing ML infrastructure.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ML life cycle, including data extraction, feature engineering, model serving, and monitoring.
- High proficiency in Python and related libraries and frameworks.
- Strong background in feature store implementation and usage.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud providers and related data services.
