We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Hirebridge. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of hardware and software systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, configure and install computer systems, and collaborate on implementing new technologies. Additionally, you will participate in documenting procedures and provide basic technical support to users.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Aid in configuring, installing, and maintaining computer systems and software.
- Collaborate on implementing and updating business applications.
- Participate in documenting technical procedures.
- Provide basic technical support to users, including network connectivity and email issues.
- Contribute to monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Participate in special projects related to technology, such as data migrations and software updates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements to provide innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Understanding of computer networks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in technical support.
- Bonus: Knowledge of English is desirable.
