About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing, managing, and implementing projects that drive improvements to our EHS system, Quality, safety, and costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement new processes and products.
  • Coordinate project activities, including preparation and approval of protocols and summaries of IQ, OQ & PQ validations.
  • Provide support to operations in optimizing plant performance, including maintenance and changes to set-ups.
  • Store and analyze data, providing accurate reports and maintaining communication with project and operations teams.
  • Develop solutions to operational challenges and opportunities for Kaizen during testing, commercialization, and production processes.
  • Schedule training sessions with team members to enhance project skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
