About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert Software to join our SAP COP team at Mondelēz International. As a Senior Expert Software, you will be responsible for providing software and applications expertise and overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide software and applications expertise and be responsible for implementation of the solutions.
  2. Oversee the planning and execution of software and applications.
  3. Participate in the SAP COP team and work with other stakeholders and external suppliers.
  4. Use deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals to find and deploy the right software and application solutions.
  5. Support the program of software renovation, focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
  6. Implement regional and global software and application strategies.
  7. Offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level.
  8. Collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
  9. Explore opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings.
  10. Ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

Your Requirements

  • A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
  • Experience and knowledge in SAP ERP modules and architecture in ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Expert knowledge in some of the Finance modules (FI, GL, AM, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, AP/AR, TRM etc.).
  • Knowledge of integration points and techniques between Finance, other SAP components and 3rd party applications.
  • Overview of cross-application business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ECC and S/4 in application and configuration.
  • Experience with understanding and writing specifications for configuration or development projects in the finance area.
  • Experience with understanding custom solutions and how to bring them back to standard.
  • Managing large-scale software and application services.
  • Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality.
  • 4-8 years of experience in large SAP ERP implementations across all SAP modules.
  • Solid experience working with business process leads on streamlining functional requirements to propose standard SAP solutions.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with BPO and RPA.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to coordinate and supervise the work of multiple workstreams running in parallel.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to manage portfolio.
