**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our Customer Response Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7/365 customer support through various communication channels.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage service requests, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with service engineers to ensure smooth site access and resolution of customer-reported issues.
  • Provide administrative support to customer-related areas, ensuring seamless customer-centered activities.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Preferably with customer service training and experience in call center KPIs.
  • Conversational English level (B2).
  • Strong knowledge of call center tools and systems.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service related to technology and back office environment.
