**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Vertiv. As a key member of our Customer Response Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our internal and external customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7/365 customer support through various communication channels.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage service requests, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with service engineers to ensure smooth site access and resolution of customer-reported issues.
- Provide administrative support to customer-related areas, ensuring seamless customer-centered activities.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Preferably with customer service training and experience in call center KPIs.
- Conversational English level (B2).
- Strong knowledge of call center tools and systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service related to technology and back office environment.
