About the Role

We're looking for an Audio Narrative Specialist to join our Content team. This role involves conducting creative sessions, translating briefs into proposals, interviewing expert content creators, and generating original audio scripts. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop creative pitches and execute promotional campaigns.

This is a fully remote role, but you'll need to be based in Mexico City since you'll be working on-site at our studio in Nápoles. As an Audio Narrative Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing scripts for original productions in Spanish, working with freelance writers, and overseeing the quality of our content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality audio content with Latin America's most respected creators, ensuring a strong narrative voice and engaging storytelling.
  • Analyze audience preferences using AI-driven data analysis tools and adapt the narrative effectively.
  • Integrate AI-assisted text generation techniques to optimize script coherence and maintain the creative essence of the creator.
  • Oversee the work of freelance writers, ensuring consistency in tone and voice, and providing personalized feedback.
  • Employ AI-based recommender systems to evaluate title options and identify more effective titles.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative pitches and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Create a culture with creators where they feel like authors of Beek, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
