**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process and approve procurement records in a timely manner as directed by management.
- Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiate contracts independently, and support internal business partners on assigned procurement activities.
- Foster positive relationships with designated suppliers and stay up-to-date on changes, including price fluctuations, product launches, and contact information updates.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure demand is met efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in daily intradepartmental interactions to ensure all department tasks are covered and best practices are maintained.
**Requirements and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience with distribution and ERP systems.
